Shorty after the Holidays were over, I use the card 2 times, for a total of $20. I started to have problems with the card. I was getting help with a staffer name Travis, he told me he was the manager. He did try and help me out, and issued me a New card and also put back on the card $20. on the card. Shorty after that time I used the card twice for a total of $35. Which would have left me with a total of $15. The card stop working. On 1/31/12. so I went over to the manger again Knowing I was having problems with the card and he told me he wasn't going to help me no more. I would like some to help me get my Money back or just fixes the card so I can finish-up the card, that has MY MONEY on it. I also think that the customer service Is very Poor!. I've made many calls to the company phone number and NO one has return my call as of this date. WHY!!! PLEASE HELP ME! call me at 203-992-2304. L/M. thanks!
