I had Ken West Of Key West Services remodel my bathroom to make it handicap accessible as I have MS and in a wheelchair.So far the quality of workmanship has been ok,but he doses not communicate with home owners about how the job will progress.The compleation date has come and gone,when asked about this or almost anything else about job,he said he could not work around so much conflict and left for the day.He is not a very professional acting contractor.Has worked only 3 to 5 hours a day.More when job gets compleated. unhappy customer!!
