To: Steven Ashe – President ESL Medical Corp 316 N. Alexander St. Plant City, FL 33566 Steven, My name is Michael McCalley, of Mr. Handyman Serving Greater Jacksonville, FL. We were contacted by your company in June. We completed an assessment, submitted pricing, received approval and returned to install grab bars in Jacksonville Florida. Our second visit was July 9, 2014, and we’ve been chasing payment ever since. We’ve been asked to re-send the invoice multiple times. We’ve been told we need to talk to a person who only works from 10am – 2pm on Monday’s and Wednesdays and that she can’t call us – we need to call her during those times. We’ve been told the invoice was paid via credit card (nope) and that somebody will need to look into it …. “and that could take some time”. We’ve been transferred into endless on-hold music and we’ve been hung up on. Most recently we were accused of being overbearing and unreasonable. Apparently, after 6 months of chasing payment, we’re supposed to be pleasant and cheerful and willingly accept additional delay tactics. The outstanding invoice amount is $547.10. Nobody has ever questioned our work, they just can’t seem to pay the bill. As the President of one company speaking to the President of another, I’m extending the professional courtesy of giving you a heads up. The week between Christmas and New Year will be slow, and I intend to publish the text of this letter unless we've been able to resolve this. (never contacted)

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! They do not pay their bills. Stephanie will keep telling you that she will call you back with credit card info but never does. It's always some excuse. It's over 7 months now, pay your bill!
