To: Steven Ashe – President ESL Medical Corp 316 N. Alexander St. Plant City, FL 33566 Steven, My name is Michael McCalley, of Mr. Handyman Serving Greater Jacksonville, FL. We were contacted by your company in June. We completed an assessment, submitted pricing, received approval and returned to install grab bars in Jacksonville Florida. Our second visit was July 9, 2014, and we’ve been chasing payment ever since. We’ve been asked to re-send the invoice multiple times. We’ve been told we need to talk to a person who only works from 10am – 2pm on Monday’s and Wednesdays and that she can’t call us – we need to call her during those times. We’ve been told the invoice was paid via credit card (nope) and that somebody will need to look into it …. “and that could take some time”. We’ve been transferred into endless on-hold music and we’ve been hung up on. Most recently we were accused of being overbearing and unreasonable. Apparently, after 6 months of chasing payment, we’re supposed to be pleasant and cheerful and willingly accept additional delay tactics. The outstanding invoice amount is $547.10. Nobody has ever questioned our work, they just can’t seem to pay the bill. As the President of one company speaking to the President of another, I’m extending the professional courtesy of giving you a heads up. The week between Christmas and New Year will be slow, and I intend to publish the text of this letter unless we've been able to resolve this. (never contacted)

Do not deal with ESL... Stephanie is the dumbest person I have ever talked to on the phone. It has taken them 3 months to fix my problem. If she would just simply listen to what the customer is saying it would make it so much easier. She just makes up things to take the blame off herself and ESL. That's just dumb. I am a contractor in Delaware who did work for this company as an emergency call to help them out. I have called multiple times to try to collect payment. They have promised me payment but have not paid anything. We are going on over 4 months with no payment from them. They told me if I accepted credit cards I would get paid faster and it would take about two weeks for a check to be sent out. I am still waiting for the check. Do not complete work on word only basis or as emergency basis, request signed contract and at least half payment up front. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE... This company will contract you to do a job, then never pay you. Everytime you call you get the same old story. AP is not in today or He is out of town. Stephanie is the absolute rudest person I have ever talked to. I have also published a report to the FTC to help get this illegal activity stopped. If you have been ripped off by ESL I urge you to do the same thing.
