I have visited many assisted living facilities around Birmingham, Alabama and a large area of Alabama. I always look at the residents and see if there are smiles, depression, odors, kitchen facilities, food, activities, the conduct and dedication of the owner and employees, etc.. I have never found one that compares to Country Oaks in Thomasville, Alabama. Wanda and David, the owners, are an inspiration to be around. The residents are active, in good spirits and entertained with various activities, visiting entertainers, and personal attention to the residents. It is a God blessed and God filled facility. I already have my room reserved for the future.
