It turned out beautiful; I am very pleased with the work. Also, Heather was very friendly and helpful. She made sure to keep me updated on the progress of the headstone and help with the forms. I would definitely reccomend this business to someone buying a memorial online. Thank you again!

We stopped at Sartin's offices after having attended the burial of my Mother-In-Law. Mike, Heather and the rest of the staff provided us with top notch customer service. We stopped at Sartin's offices after having attended the burial of my Mother-In-Law. Mike, Heather and the rest of the staff provided us with top notch customer service. We had a photo of a Family Headstone that we wanted to match. Luckily, Mike had that type headstone in stock. Heather did a superb job with designing the layout of Headstone inscriptions. Mike told us that the Headstone should be completed and installed within a 30-40 day time frame. To our joyous surprise, they had the Headstone finished and installed 6 DAYS LATER !!! We can't praise Sartin enough. Just a totally pleasurable experience. Joe
