I get annoyed by their constant phone calls AFTER you have made payments to family auto, they still call wanting the receipt number and the amount. I get tired of having to call them every single time I make a payment to to report the payment. It's somewhat annoying to me to get constant calls. Maybe some people like this, but personally I don't care for it.
