BEWARE! This is an incompetent contractor. They will misdiagnose appliance problems, make excuses and not keep appointment to correct mistakes, have outdated messages on the business phone, fail to answer phone for several days. When you finally get the female on the phone she is subject to hang up on you in mid-sentence.

Avoid this contractor at all costs!!!! Will not resolve any installation or A/C specifications. Promises to come by but never shows up nor calls to say why!! Then refuses to take your phone calls!!! BEWARE!!!!
