The employees and office staff at Accurate Adjustment located in both locations in Stockton, CA 95205 and Lodi, CA 95240 have proven to be very unprofessional. The towing agent employed by this company has towed and reposed a vehicle from private property. Once the vehicle was towed and delivered to the Stockton location, I phoned the office at 8:57AM on a Monday, spoke to Maxine and was told that the office opens at 9:00AM and should receive a returned phone call by 10:00AM that morning. However, I phoned back to the office at 9:45AM that morning and was told that they were very busy, and that calls are made back to customers in the order in which they were received and that I was next in line for a returned call. Nonetheless, Maxine then proceeds to inform me of the busyness of the office and appoints for the day. She then proceed to inform me that I can make an appointment to come into the office on Tuesday at 10:00AM. At 11:45AM I phoned the office back to ask if there has been cancelations for the day, and the male individual said no and to call back after their lunch. I then placed a call at 3:22PM to verify and to confirm my appoint time on Tuesday only to be told by the male individual that he works outside and Maxine is gone for the day, and there is no way for him to have access to any appointment information. Thus, I will need to call back tomorrow in the morning to get that information. This has been a very terrible, unprofessional, and incompetent experience.
