HELLO, my name is jane tolson, and i was a customer at the richfield and genesee location. in burton michigan while i was in the store i over heard the manager from the back screaming and the young lady at the counter, she was bein very rude to her employee and it was verry un called for in front of a customer and i thought, the company should be aware of what is going on in that store.... this is not the first time i have heard her being rude and dsrespectfull to her employees and customer, I WILL NO LONGER BE A CUSTOMER AT THE STORE AS LONG AS THE MANAGER IS RUNNING THE STORE. U HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS AS A CUSTOMER...

I stopped at your location on Wayne Rd in Westland MI today to purchase gas it was at 12:10 (May 13, 2018). Went to go into the location and the doors were locked the lights were on the pumps working but no employee inside.There was not a note on the door or anything indicating the store was closed. There was someone sitting in a car near the building but no sign of an employee. I left and purchased gas down the road where an employee was present. On my way back home I saw a female sitting by the door smoking. This is not the first time I have had a problem at this station. It seems to be worse on Sundays, I have stopped in there before only to have the employee sitting outside in a truck smoking weed, the smell so strong I could smell it from my truck. I don't understand how you can run a business like this and will be taking my business down the street where the employee was present and very polite plus there gas was cheaper also. I also will be attempting to call the main office on Monday.

I stopped at one of your bay city, mi locations for gas last night. Filled my tank up and ended up broke down on my way home, which was 45 minutes from the gas station. I had no problems before I stopped for gas. I stopped because it was cheaper there than anywhere else, and now i know why. Because they are selling bad gas over there. I'm not happy about the money that I wasted on gas, or the fact that I was stranded with a small child in the car. Not to mention the fact that I have to put more money into my vehicle now to fix whatever the gas damaged.
