Needed an alignment. Instead of going to the dealer(Jaguar), I thought I would try and save a few bucks by taking my car here. (Read great reviews) The alignment was completed properly and at a good price. THE PROBLEM: The car was taken straight home from the shop. When I got home I performed a walk around inspection of the car and notice a new dent on the rear passenger side that was NOT there prior to getting the alignment done. I called Crane Alignment and the guy started denying they dented the car before I could even finish my sentence. I insisted the dent was not there prior to receiving the alignment, but that did not matter and they did not seem to care. So now, instead of offering to have it buffed/popped out(which could of been done for under $50), I will be taking them to small claims court. END OF STORY: In good faith I cannot recommend Crane Alignment. Yes, I received a good price on the alignment services, but they dented my car and denied it. Now I will be spending additional time and money attempting to resolve the issue which was caused by Crane Alignment. I guess you get what you pay for...
