I was seeking a 5-drawer lateral file, and I found one at the Integrity warehouse in Norton Shores. Unfortunately it was an older model, and probably because of that it was missing 3 of the 4 file bars used to support hanging file folders. I happened to be working with customer rep Lori Robinson. After determining that there were no other file bars in the building that would fit, I was resigned to continuing my search for a file cabinet elsewhere. Lori actually called me the next day to advise she had found one more bar, and that 2 add'l file bars were being tracked as we spoke. She called again the following day and she had in fact tracked down 2 add'l bars. Wow, that's customer service. She could easily have just gone back about her business after I left, but instead she went that extra mile to help a customer.
