Martial Arts School teaching Shaolin Kempo and Aikikai Aikido
We teach students how to defend themselves, we are not promoting fighting. In addition to the martial arts, we have our colors of character program in which students (14 years and younger) have to demonstrate these 8 rules outside of the dojo in addition to their material (see website for more details: www.avonkempoaikido.com).
