Very unprofessional. We hired them to move our home out of storage after building a new house-$90/hr plus a $45 drive fee, drive time not charged. It took 7.5 hrs and we were charged for 9! They didn’t send the right sized truck. 4.5 hours to load the truck. We had to make 4 more trips the next day. They took a 1.5 hr lunch and multiple smoke breaks. We moved the boxes into the garage-the only thing our family moved. The men didn’t use a dolly. The bill was wrong, but I paid and left a tip even though I wasn’t satisfied; thinking the office would fix the price. Later I saw a huge gash in my wall and trim that was now broken. The owner would not fix the charge for the time and said we should’ve called and complained then, she also said we put the gash in the wall when we moved things upstairs. She said she’d give us the tip back, but I shouldn’t have tipped them if I wasn’t satisfied with the service. After much back and forth with my husband she hung up and wouldn’t answer again. Worst move ever.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I booked this company for my move 7/31. They showed up on time at 9am, did a walk thru of the house and started grumbling about how much stuff there was. I live in a 900 sq ft house, 2 sofa's, king size bed, washer and boxes. I wouldn't say that was an extraordinary amount of stuff- plus they are the movers and it's their job. They said it looked like a 5 hour job. They then all went out to the truck for a smoke break and to call in a fourth person. 45 minutes passed and my boyfriend said "let's get this moving...just put in the big things to cut down the time" The movers didn't like that and said forget it, got in the truck and left!!!! Leaving us stuck and we have to be out of the house by the end of the day! I called the manager and he said that his guys told him my boyfriend was confrontational so that's why they left. VERY unprofessional. When you are paying someone by the hour and they spend the first 45 minutes leaning against the truck smoking it's not a good sign!
