Donald Sterling is the worst investor and does not care for his tenants. He has a management company they're the worse company that you ever want to deal. They don't care for their tenants all they care to collect the monthly rent and there is no security in the buildings as well no manager on duty. front building doors locks most of the time are broken easy access for others not tenants. security cameras are cheap stupid system . those building are full of some harassing tenants that there is no manager or management to take care of tenant issues it is such shame for big company that they don't how to handle it or don't want to handle it they care about dinnero . I will never recommend this entire sterling owned building apartments condos or whatever to anybody whoever wants to have peaceful life. my experience through the 11 years I waste it I wish I never lived in those apartment it is like living in hell no rest coming from work, no security, harassing tenants that manager and management does not care you pay money for waste apartments . one more thing my kids left this apartment with bad memories and going through anxiety every day praying for good days. To Donald Sterling it's not about how many properties you have it how you take care of your buildings and tenants.

There is nothing wrong with how Donald Sterling feels about people period! Im a black man from Detroit and i felt nothing when what was said came out cause it had nothing to do with me personally! I have enough problems dealing with my own race! As far as i understand, he didnt cheat know one! But that Chick who recorded the conversation should be the one going down! He should keep his team! My opinion!

THIS IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL CORPORATION I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF ARE RUDE AND UNPLEASANT TO TALK TO. THE CORPORATION MANAGES BUILDINGS WHICH THEY CLAIM ARE SECURE WHEN IN FACT THE SECURITY CAMERAS ARE DUMMIES, THEIR IS NO MANAGER ON DUTY, AND THE FRONT DOORS OF THE BUILDINGS ARE NOT LOCKED.
