I just purchased an air conditioning unit from Joseph Sestito. This is the second unit I purchased From him. Im going through a tough time in my life and my son needed this air conditioner Because i believe it will help him with his migraines and respiratory issues. I felt such anguish Knowing how badly i want to help my son but times are tough financially. Joe listened to me. He did not automatically give me the lowest price, but he never said no. He kept saying, "Let me see what I can do for you" There were companies that gave lowball Prices but their demeanors were aggressive when it came down to their supervisor returning a call Regarding my questions, I felt they didnt hear a word I said, and nor did they care. This is a new world with a poor economy and technology replacing Humanity. One can get discouraged so easily. Sometimes having someone listen and be there can be more important when purchasing An investment so big as an a/c Unit than the type or the price. Joe didn't give up on me. He is unbelievably creative, innovative. And knows how to help a homeowner meet their needs and come out satisfied. It appears Important to him. I am a difficult person. I have a lot of stress, but I trust Joe Sestito to hear What I say and to do his best respectfully to help me get the A/C unit that I needed, Not what he wanted to sell. A company that has true hometown values. Its rare and comforting! And most important, thank you for Joe. I will be sending referrals his way.
