He kept saying, "Let me see what I can do for you" There were companies that gave lowball Prices but their demeanors were aggressive when it came down to their supervisor returning a call Regarding my questions, I felt they didnt hear a word I said, and nor did they care. This is a new world with a poor economy and technology replacing Humanity. One can get discouraged so easily. Sometimes having someone listen and be there can be more important when purchasing An investment so big as an a/c Unit than the type or the price. Joe didn't give up on me. He is unbelievably creative, innovative. And knows how to help a homeowner meet their needs and come out satisfied. It appears Important to him. I am a difficult person.
