I had a hard drive with 15 years worth of data, Pictures, Music, Graphic files which I could not access. They ran a Hardware Diagnostic and found the the Drive to be corrupted and un-accessible, and within a few days it was all restored. Furthermore my Personal Computer needed to be rehashed and I could not bear being without it, within a few days it was ready to go home. I was served in a professional and friendly manner, and I am very grateful for that.
