Dont let the ads fool you, this place is NOT a 5 star facility, only reason it was deemed that is because one year the state dept. of health didn't even do a complete survey that year. They cannot keep enough staff there to SAFELY take care of their residents. And the staff they do have there is about incompetent as they come. Very dangerous place to have your pet, let alone one of your family members. All of management from regional director down are about as crooked as they come. They try to cover up their wrongdoings even if it means doing harm to their resident's. And if this goes to all you crooked people at corporate, you may think you are covering up well, but everyone can see right through your shady way of trying to do business and WE ARE WATCHING. You are a disgrace to the healthcare industry and you should be shut down. You have to live with your illegal activity's not us. And hope it torments you all the days of your life, because that is what all of you deserve. Have a nice day, and don't forget to be looking over your shoulder when your busy trying to cover up all the wrongs you have done. For all that read this, I recommend NOT taking your loved one to this place.
