Charleston Brace Company in my opinion based on my first and last visit with this place is by far the worst , I cannot and will not recommend stay far away , Go to Floyd Brace Co . My son and I are on Medicaid and I was told over the phone that they do accept my insurance and they are listed as in network, We made an appointment and during this appointment we were told they would not put a claim in for my insurance because it cost more to make the product than what the insurance pays . The owner and staff refused and asked us to leave . I have filed a complaint with Medicaid , The owner and staff at the very least are Discriminating and are in violation of the contract with medicaid and are very Unethical and unprofessional . I would Go to Floyd Brace Company , they are very nice and professional and will take good care of you .
