Strongly can not recommend this company. They said they verified coverage with our Health Carrier and it ended up they did not, so the company initially denied the claim because as we knew their devices needed to pre-approved by Humana. I had to be the one to make the calls to get them to do their job on the billing. My Mastercard for the deductible did not go through their system so they ended up billing us as being 120 days late and they didn't call me, just billed me. Their equipment works OK, but their staff is across the board incompetent and caused us multiple problems to get it all resolved.
