This is not a good review . These guy Suck. The guys who read the meter don't come out until the 10-13 of every month , then the bill is due on the 15th. You don't get your bill until the 20th and its past due on the 25th. Now tell me where that makes sense. It would be worth putting in a well if you live in their service area. Oh and if they get you bill wrong like $200 wrong they will credit your bill instead of correcting it, then you won't get a bill for a while until they realize their screw up. Next thing you know you will get a bill for the amount actually due plus a late charge.

The company is the worst. It is very unfortunate that people do not have choices for their providers. They rip people of with penalty fees, tell them if they don't pay certain amounts their water will be disconnected. The workers are not knowledgeable sand constantly make mistakes. Let's put the…

The company is the worst. It is very unfortunate that people do not have choices for their providers. They rip people of with penalty fees, tell them if they don't pay certain amounts their water will be disconnected. The workers are not knowledgeable sand constantly make mistakes. Let's put the icing on the cake, the workers are LAZY, if you have as after hours call, even the smallest of problems, they don't even try to help or make suggestions. People in this community deserve far better customer service and consideration.
