PENCON was founded in 1987 by Dennis Cohan and has been providing exceptional construction services ever since. PENCON was founded in 1987 by Dennis Cohan and has been providing exceptional construction services ever since. Over the past several years, as the industry has changed, so have we. Although not veering from our basic tenets of integrity, exceptional workmanship and a passion for building, we are focused on what we call Fresh Construction. What is Fresh Construction? Fresh Construction means... innovative perspectives and a fresh approach to construction. Fresh Construction means... using new techniques and products that are innovative in the building industry. Fresh Construction means... offering a fresh perspective on your project and new alternatives to consider. Fresh Construction means... delivering an exceptional product and managed costs.
