While Tracy Detter does some good work, he's also extremely rude. One time he completely stood us up, and then didn't call to apologize until over 24 hours later!! And the last two times we called him, he never even bothered to return our calls. The last job he completed for us was electrical work. Actually, it was Sam, his assistant, who did all the work. Sam did a fine job, and was fun to talk to as well. Anyway, I'd avoid contacting Mr. Detter unless you have a real emergency. And even then, please be aware that he'll probably never call you back! Maybe Sam will form his own business one day and become much more reliable than his rude boss.
