Horrible delivery service!! They called four times the day of the delivery. I could understand once to let me know they are 30 min away...the other times were asking me more directions and complaining about the dirt roads and tractors blocking the road. I was beginning to think all those excuses eventually would work towards them not delivering. I took off work to help them do the install so I was anxious to get it completed. Once here the driver complains about have to lift a 40lb drier just over 2ft over a hot water heater. He then calls his manager Danny via FaceTime complaining about having to lift. Unknown to Danny I was standing close by and could hear all the derogatory comments he was making about me (the customer). Very unprofessional, very rude, very lazy delivery service. It's sad that this is the representation that Home Depot uses to deliver their appliances. Home Depot can take their dryer and their sub-par delivery service and shove it.
