To all who might decide to hire this "phantom attorney" - BEWARE! she aggressively started…
WARNING: DON'T BE THE NEXT VICTIM....
To all who might decide to hire this "phantom attorney" - BEWARE! she aggressively started calling my cell phone and leaving messages even though I had never contacted her (RED FLAG #1). She obviously got my information from LegalMatch, but I thought this service allowed me to choose an attorney, not to be victimized by one?! When I finally spoke to her, she duped me into hiring her and giving her my credit card over the phone (RED FLAG #2). When she finally got around to sending me her contract, I refused to sign it because it was "suspicious" (RED FLAG #3). She refused to actually meet with me or tell me where her "real" office is located (RED FLAG #4).
This "internet predator" took $3,000 for making 2 phone calls and canceling a hearing over the phone. I'm not kidding... she took my money on Thursday, made some phone calls Friday, claims she stopped representing me on Saturday and took my $3,000. She refuses to even pick up the certified letter I sent to her PO Box back in July, one of three address she uses to hide behind (RED FLAG #5). This was the first time I used LegalMatch, but NEVER AGAIN, they obviously don't screen their lawyers.
