I help people with one of the most important financial decisions they will make in their lifetime - finding just the right mortgage which will enable them to purchase a new home. The most beneficial thing I do for my clients is educating and explaining the mortgage process as well as the various loan programs available. My role is to listen intently and then help clients make a decision about financing whether they are buying their first home, their fifth home, or simply refinancing. I am passionate about helping people save money by either reducing their monthly payment with a lower interest rate or giving them a shorter term mortgage and saving them thousands of dollars in interest charges.
