I recently used Boss Resurfacing, Grapevine, TX to refinish my swimming pool and spa. Although the work that was done, was good, the company dug their heels in and refused to acknowlege their error in doing all that I had asked. I called the company owner. He did not return my call. I sent 2 emails, he did not return my emails. I sent a registered letter. He did not respond to my registered letter. They advertise "customer service". Their customer service is only superior when you are handing over a check. If they do something incorrectly, or do not perform services agreed upon, you will not get your issue resolved. I have another pool and spa job that needs to be done in a 2nd home, and will not be using Boss Resurfacing to take care of that job. Please take note if you are planning to use Boss Resurfacing.
