NEVER, in a million years do business with this Darius Perdek!
He was referred to me to do my railings in early fall of 2024. After giving him a 50% CASH deposit, the guy disappears, never answers or returns phone calls, and only return texts sporadically.
He promised me a 4-6 week turn around. He would set an appointment to come and never show up. Just stringing me along the entire fall. Then the weather got cold and he said we had to wait until spring. I asked for my deposit back, or to drop the fabricated railings off in my garage until the weather was more suitable, but he would just ignore my requests.
I had to go through the entire winter feeling like I was beat out of my $1,250 cash deposit. It was very stressful.
I decided to look him up online (should have done that before I hired him), and see several others having similar complaints.
Finally, once spring arrived, he decided to show up one day, out of the blue and install my railings.
He then had the audacity to HOUND ME and even THREATEN to sue me for the balance due!
BUYER BEWARE on this guy. He operates under a different company now (Decor Structures).
Terrible business man, and easily the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a contractor.

I was an employee under the CEO Darius for 2 weeks. He is nothing but a scam artist that has no clue what he's doing. Horrible work ethics, doesn't know how to communicate with employees, doesn't respond to clients and all around bad business person. TRUST ME!!! NOT WITH YOUR TIME, LOOK ELSEWHERE. I would've put 0 stars but I had to put at least one to proceed with review.
