I had a humiliating, disrespectful and unprofessional experience with Angel. She had bags packed on the floor of her office like she was ready to leave at any moment...and that’s how I was treated the first encounter. Like I was keeping her from doing something more important. The next day she got frustrated with me in a such a short period of time and proceeded to go out to the lobby to complain about me to anyone and everyone present. I could here her from her office where I was sitting so I’m sure everyone in the bank did too. Another banker then assisted me and very easily and efficiently solved the problem with the unlawful withdrawals from an account. I will be reporting to Mr Alexander and possibly the States Attorneys Office for the suspicious business practices of this branch. Also when I asked to see the Branch Manager Angel told me “shes not here...both her parents are deceased” . Not professional at all.
