Craig's appliance took the money and ran and never did the job. Santa Clarita ca. Craig on the phone gave a estimate on the dryer he said a price of 150.00 to 165.00. When he got here after looking at the dryer he said that that I needed a belt, 2 rollers, and seal in the back. He then told me that he would go home to order the parts. 20 mins later I get a call back from Craig saying that he could not get the part for the seal and that he would come back to get the 40.00 service charge. And that he could not do the job. When he arrived I ask him if he called sears to see if they had the part and he was surprised that I brought that up and said no. One hour later I called sears to see if they had the part and they said yes. So I called Craig back and told him that sears had the part. He then said to order the part but was going to still charge the 230.00 minus the 40.00 which came to 190.00 total charge. five days later I called Craig's appliance back to let him know that the part had arrived to call me back to arrange a time to set up a day and time to fix the dryer. This guy Craig never called back and he took the money and ran. Writing this letter so other people do not use his service. This guy Craig will rip you off for what ever money he can get from you.
