Together We Can, Inc. was formed as a 501 C3non-profit organization Supportive Housing Program that assist people that are duel diagnosis with alcohol and drug dependendency, who are ready to move beyond emergency shelter into a more independent living situation. The organization's mission is to facilitate positive changes in the lives of addicted persons by introducing participants to an ongoing process of recovery.
