I purchased a homeowner's policy last year through Sebastian Insurance so I reached back out to Brooke for a quote on a new property. First call no response so I called again and left another message adding that I was under contract and on a time crunch. Still no response. The third call was during business hours and answered by another female. I explained the non-contact issue and she stated, She's not in the office but I am messaging her now and letting her know this is your third call. You should hear back from her immediately. That was 5 days ago and Brooke has not bothered to text or pick up the phone to call so I'm moving on to an agency that responds to it's clients.
