This company is possibly the worst dry cleaners in Northwest San Antonio. After trying to resolve an issue with a shirt that had (by their written and verbal admission) obvious damage, the "owner" called me a piece of $#1t and told me to get the f@&$ out of his store! The damaged shirt is still there and I am at a loss of $100 for a dress shirt. He yelled and screamed at me and never attempted to professionally resolve the issue although his staff, which I had been dealing with leading up to the event, knew the details and were trying to be professional to resolve the matter. They sent the shirts back 3 times for "do over" and they still never got it right. It had water stains on the shoulders, front and iron marks on the sleeves and front (I have the slip from them with their writing stating this fact). Each time I requested the sleeves be creased, they never were. This is a pay-in-advance business...I would think long and hard about leaving my clothing at this dry cleaners and then I would keep driving and find another cleaners. My shirt is no longer serviceable, it's still there at the dry cleaners and the owner couldn't care less. What a professional response from the owner!
