I hired Jerry Wagley to do a bathroom remodel, another bathroom remodel, and a utility room remodel in our house in Granger, IN. The contract cost was around 19,500 dollars. He insisted he get paid in cash or check in his personal name - Jerry Wagley. He was a friend and thought we trusted, but all that has changed. Problem is Jerry has not finished the job, will not return phone calls, will not return text, and did not do a great job in a lot of opinions. We paid him in full as he insisted on this payment. My recommendation, do not pay him in advance as he has no incentive to finish the job. His skill set is not in complicated projects that involve a lot of detail of thought. Jerry Wagley is more the guy you hire for a 20 minute job and he leaves, anything else is more advanced than he can take care of. We have known Jerry for a long time and would never hire again.
