A warning to those who are considering renting here. We were not at all happy with our experience. Renters are viewed as second class citizens and if there is anything that goes wrong, you will be the first to get the blame. I often had the property manager, Karen, calling me to ask me if my dog barked, or if my son came home late and jumped the fence, or if I know who egged the complex, or if I know who was playing loud music, etc. The woman nearly drove me nuts, and we hadn't done a darn thing wrong. There is also a weird handy-man that roams the place and he has a habit of telling you what to do. Often, I wanted to tell him to mind his own business.
