It was started by Robert Dayton, an upstate real estate investor and owner of multiple rental homes in the area. He wanted to fill the need for investor minded property management who would truly understand the cash flow aspect of home rentals. All of our personnel which show your property, are licensed and certified by South Carolina Real Estate Commission. Our primary focus is on the investors that have multiple home portfolios, we offer price breaks for these types of customers.
