The mission of Three Oaks Circle is to foster an independent lifestyle by providing appropriate, affordable housing to seniors 62+. Three Oaks Circle is a valuable resource to its residents and the community overall. This independent living community is the fulfillment of the dreams of the Indian Council of the Elderly, the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi and the School Sisters of St. Francis to provide affordable, independent housing for seniors who wish to reside on the southwest side of Milwaukee. Since beginning the collaboration to make the community a reality, the mission of the project has been to foster quality of life and independent living for older adults by providing appropriate, low income housing in Milwaukee and by facilitating access to services seniors require. Three Oaks Circle has become a warm and comfortable home for many residents who enjoy the deluxe amenities of the community and the proximity to the neighborhoods they know and love. Three Oaks Circle encourages an active, independent lifestyle balanced with comfort and security. Our location offers easy access to supermarkets, medical services, churches, and restaurants in Milwaukee. Three Oaks Circle builds and maintains relationships with area business and civic organizations, and there are many opportunities for residents to participate and contribute their knowledge during events involving such groups. Three Oaks Circle offers independent one-bedroom apartments, each with unique and well-designed features. The Three Oaks Circle provides residents with many opportunities to make new friends and join in recreational activities. You will truly have the opportunity to enjoy your leisure time in an amenity rich lifestyle. Residents of Three Oaks Circle must be at least 62 years of age and are required to meet certain income restrictions as required by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
