To all of my pet loving friends on Facebook in the Lafayette area please beware. I know although we don't like it, sometimes we have to board our pets. My friend took great care to pick a vet she felt could provide her dog the best care, Countryside Veterinary Clinic in Attica. (I used them a long time ago myself.) They bathed the dog before she picked it up. When Heather arrived at the Clinic, Samba had a nasty wound that had apparently been caused when the dog came in contact with a jagged piece of metal on the tub, which has yet to be repaired. Heather has not received an apology and yesterday got a letter from Countryside Veterinary Clinic stating that she would probably be happier if she sought services somewhere else in the future. Are you kidding me? Please pass this along to friends if you have a pet in your family. This is worse than bad customer service it's malpractice. If you think this wound looks nasty now, you should have seen it two weeks ago.
