Nice friendly service, a little concerned about $10 fee, but after their explanation cost seems fair for service they provide. I can't complain for I'm working for the first time in three months after a dozen other agencies. Thank You Again ARK Staffing.

Once terminated by a job. Dont show up, you will be sent away. Raises are given on performance (not a demand from a employee).

This has to be THE WORST staffing agency ever! I have never before encountered such rudeness and deceitfulness! Before I was sent to an assignment, I was informed by Dede that there would be a 90 day increase in pay. After I did not receive that increase, I called to inquire and was told by Rene (with major attitude) that I was never informed that and also that it was just a rumor. I'm an intelligent person, I do remember what I was told, and in addition to that there were other employees on the same assignment who had in fact received their increase. When I challenged her on it, she became belligerent, said that she had in mind to cancel my assignment & disconnected the call. When I showed up for work, the supervisor at the client office informed me that Rene had sent an email claiming that I had quit! How unfair, untruthful and unprofessional!

Had a good experience! Finally someone professional and has jobs! Highly recommend.
