I took an intact tool in to be repaired, left a $50 deposit:! 22 calls and no returned calls later, got back a "basketcase" full of dissembled parts and NO refund of my deposit!!
Now, i need to have it re-assembled, re-diagnosed and repaired!! Which will now cost twice as much!
Oh! did I mention, they KEPT my $50.00 deposit?
