First of all, I am not one who will take this type action; however, after numerous so called "excuses" I felt strongly that I needed to voice my EXTREME DISSATISFACTION. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. We made a large purchase of Sim Stone almost a month ago and paid cash for half of the amount at the time of purchase. We were told at that time that it would take a week and a half until the product could be delivered. After several phone calls that we made to Durty Wurks, our merchandise still has not been delivered. Each time we contact this company, we are given a different story as to what apparently has delayed the product. How many excuses can be made up? We have had to postone a couple of events due to this company's delay, our yard is in disarray and we cannot finish the other projects due to the wall not being completed. The contractor who began this job will not return to our home until the remaining product is delivered. Not only does this put a hardship on us, it also puts a hardship on the contractor and his crew. So sad this company does not care about their customers. Apparently, Durty Wurks does not know how to run a business professionally. Every phone call made was initiated by us. Everytime we were told that someone would call us back, no return call was ever made by Durty Wurks. Word of mouth can certainly hurt a business.

Do not use this company. 4 hours late and delivered only one fourth of the dirt for the entire amount paid. The driver's name is John on both occasions. I will never use this company again!!!!
