We make sure we cover all of the furniture, landscape and hard scape of your property. We pressure wash your house and spend about 1-1 1/2 on prep work (sanding/priming/patching holes/replacing wood boards, etc) and finilized everything by applying 2 coats of paint on stucco and 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint on trim. As for the interior we apply 1 coat of primer and 1-2 coats of paint on trim (baseboards/door casings/window's trim, etc) and 2 coats of paint on walls
