I dont typically post reviews, however the service at Quioccasin Tire and Auto was so exceptional that I felt compelled to report my positive experience.
While headed home form the airport one afternoon my car suddenly went into STOP ENGING mode accompanied by a smoking hood. I managed to make it to a local garage where I discovered that the water pump had a major leak; needless to say my car was not in driving condition. The garage provided a quote but the price was beyond my means so I sought out alternative options.
An acquaintance recommended that I contact Quiaccasin Tire and Auto. I managed to get in touch with Eid Rustom, who as it turns out is the owner. I was impressed by his immediate insight and quick diagnostic. In addition to his clear technical understanding of the problem he was willing to work with me to find a solution within my means.
All said and done, including a towing service; my bill at Quioccasin was half of what the other garage quoted. In addition to fixing the water pump which was no small task on a 2000 Volkswagen Passat, the mechanics at Quioccasin did a complete review of my car, fixed a slow leak in my tire and changed the oil. The turnaround was three days and my car has been running smoothly ever since.
I highly recommend these guys!!!
