Do not trust them. They use AMC Properties management. They have refused to get me a refund on different property I tried to rent. Was turned down. Was told I would get money I paid for apartment up front minus application fee. Never got this back. I would think twice about any company using AMC.

AMC (American Management Consultants) has theft problems in there laundry mats. I have lived at Wasatch Club apartments for about 2 years and there has been an on-going theft problem of clothing and baskets. I spoke with the office and according to the Wasatch Club apt. AMC has denied any type of protection or ways to prevent theft in the laundry mat. I personally called and spoke with AMC and was not treated with respect nor was there any empathy for what has happened to me on their property. My complaint is for having my items stolen from the laundry mat TWICE, IN TWO WEEKS. And, I am not the only one. My neighbor, and many others, whom I have spoken with over my 2 years of living here, too, have had things stolen. AMC, when are you going to do something about this problem for your tenants and start protecting them and your reputation? Because, doing nothing is just reinforcing the illegal behavior.
