I was constantly being contacted by Capital Accounts about a year ago. When the caller told me they were a collection agency trying to recover a debt, I had many preconceived notions. Luckily the guy was friendly and reassured me we could work out some kind of payment plan. It wasn't an easy time for me. I’m also not a fan of talking on the phone, so he told me about their new inquiry form on their website and email addresses if I preferred communicating that way.
