The sales and installation were excellent! Brian Shimel, the salesperson, knew the business, and did not pressure me to make a decision. He gave me time to think about it and responded to all emails and phone calls within 24 hours. He visited during installation to make sure all was going smoothly. The installation team was also excellent. They worked two days, taking minimal breaks. The floors are beautiful and they cleaned up and polished the floors before leaving. I had minor problems with logistics; I had to call several times for appointments and confirmation, they never called me (and one of the phone numbers would send me to the wrong division). I never received the preparation instructions they promised, and they said it was only a one-day job when everyone else had said it was a two-day job. They seemed a little disorganized. But overall my experience was great and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
