Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this awful company. We Care Transportation definitely DOES NOT CARE. Never showed up to take me to a very important medical appointment, and they repeatedly lied about when they would be here. After stringing me along for several hours, I finally had to cancel my appointment. I filed a formal complaint with my insurance company, and will file a complaint with the State of New Mexico

I Medicaid... 1 out of 9 rides I was sick in their vehicle one vehicle smelled like marijuana the last vehicle I rode in stalled in my driveway and spewed exhaust inside the cabin. They sent a letter to BBB! Now you know who did it
