This company was disastrous from the beginning. I moved in to an apt to discover it had a gas leak. Then when the Con Ed inspector came he told me the plumbing for the gas line was not up to code. I was without gas in the kitchen for months, and they took forever to make any other repair to the building (broken front door, broken apartment door). Now it's been 2 months since I've moved out and I still haven't received my security deposit. After several threats of legal action they responded they would send it to me ASAP. That was 3 weeks ago and now they've claimed they can't return the deposit because of damages (which even if this was true, the time to deliberate this has long gone). Now I have to see if I can take them to small claims court to settle this. DO NOT SIGN ANY LEASE OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.
