having a pool recently renovated (2012) by artesian pools (b.w) was the worst mistake. the pool leaks (of course its not the companies fault ; not even trying to help me out by finding the leak), caulking was never completed (i was told i did not need to caulk), and plastering has many streaks in it and a bear spot. of course never a visit out to see the pool and never followup with good customer service. i would never recommend to him to anyone.
