Most unprofessional company (of any kind) that I have ever dealt with. Bait & Switch! Quote given on phone was not honored and the window tinter lied and said that I did not tell him the windows needed to be stripped during our telephone conversation when I clearly stated that they did. Once I arrived at their shop, I was told that they would tint over the existing tint for their advertised $99.99 price. Dishonest and rude staff, including a "gentleman" with long wavy brown hair that was identified as being the owner. If you are considering getting your car windows tinted....do not take it to Tint Masters. ST. JOHNS SUPER CENTER, on Reid Street, East Palatka, will be tinting my daughters windows tomorrow and they have already impressed me with their price, honesty and customer service. The gentleman I spoke with at ST. JOHNS SUPER CENTER was not surprised by the experience I had at Tint Masters.
