I just recently purchased my sons first Ripzone Trilogy 20,000 mm . My son loved it until his first snow outing this season (Hockey season in Alaska just ended). The coat has a design flaw. The flaps over the front pockets are not velcroed down . So when you sit in the lift chair or seat the pocket flaps bulge out. So when you go to get off of the chair the possiblity of catching on something is GREAT! What does that mean. Well it means a 2 week old NEW Jacket gets ripped with normal, not unusual use . You would think you could take it back to the store it was purchased at. Following the store's own return policy. 30 days with receipt. I was confronted with the BIGGEST idiot. Who actually stated that the Ripzone rep and her, after reviewing the photographs( the store manager had the coat the Rep saw the photos she took ) have concluded that my 13 year old son(High Honor roll, Football and Hockey Champion ,Star ranked BoyScout must be a GANG BANGER and got into a knife fight!. This manager stated that the Rep had never seen anything like it and refused to allow her to send it back to the company . I will NEVER buy this Brand again. Nor will I shop at the Source Clothing Co. ever again!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! This store manager must be the BIGGEST Idiot I have ever met. She not only said this to me, she also told me that if she honored the store's return policy and exchanged or refunded me this Jacket she would lose her job and it would come out of her paycheck. Which was a lie .
